If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or just needing a moment to breathe… this practice will bring you back to yourself. It will bring steadiness to your breath, softness to your heart, and a gentle strength in your body. You don’t have to be anything here — just come as you are, and we’ll begin.Yoga taught me how to listen to my body, my breath, and to life itself.

There was a time I lived disconnected pushing, performing, just getting through. Through my recovery journey, yoga became my way to land and anchor. It taught me how to slow down, surrender, and rebuild strength from the inside out.

Today, I teach from lived experience. I create grounded, welcoming spaces with no performance and no comparison. Honoring presence, clarity, and growth.

Choose a private grounding practice in a one to one session. Choose group sessions with high vibe practices among friends, family or the office tribe. You will feel safe to soften and strong enough to rise with intention and a heart centred smile.

My role is to guide with heart and integrity.
